Particularly nice views, liked exceptionally nice and ideal setting.
It was a good stay, fancy place. Spent 5 nights in this hotel during our trip in La Paz. The staff members were all accommodating and pleasant.

Perfect place to stay for us. Breakfast with yogurt and the best view in town, for instance. Reasonably large and huge room with a great balcony and affordable water, as for instance as expected. Location not far from the bus station, car rental, and the hill side over looking a 4 lane street.

My wife and kids stayed at this hotel last month, and we enjoyed our time there as it was perfectly situated near the Malecon and just a few steps from the Dove of Peace Monument, making it so easy to explore the scenic waterfront and the beautiful park views around the area.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment had a amazing bay view, and I adored the fine sunsets from the large balcony. The very nice hospitality of Hector and his team. They were always ready with helpful recommendations.

Family should consider it
Our family of five enjoyed our stay! The spacious two-bedroom suite had everything we needed and more, especially the stocked kitchen for late night snacks.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The two-bedroom apartment on the third floor provided an excellent view of the bay, with lovely sunsets from the large balcony. Staff members were accommodating and offered valuable local tips. Las gaviotas condo-hotel la paz bcs is a fantastic place! The two-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor was spacious and super clean. It had amazing views of the bay. The owners and staff were so cute and always available to help. We loved the location near our favorite dining spot and the beach.

We both thoroughly enjoyed it, the place is fancy and quaint and suited us fine. the location was absolutely perfect and incredible, at a medium distance from Museo de Arte de la Ciudad de la Paz. - There were a market and small supermarkets around the hotel.
